Shahar Nechmad, CEO

Shahar is the co-founder and CEO of NuConomy, a leading web analytics and advertising company. With more than 13 years of experience, Shahar has extensive experience in delivering technological solutions. As the business development manager of Microsoft MTC in Israel, Shahar was responsible for developing business development and marketing strategy. In addition, Shahar has years of experience as a senior Microsoft Architect, helping businesses throughout Europe. Shahar led some of the largest development projects in the world, assisting companies, such as Cap Gemini, Accenture and Bearing Point, as well as various governments. Shahar is also a leading speaker for Microsoft and has years of speaking experience at conferences, such as MS Tech Ed and Dev Days.

In his free time Shahar enjoys playing competitive basketball, watching any kind of sport, dancing, watching movies and reading the wisdom successful entrepreneurs.

Haggai Shahar, CTO

Haggai Shahar is the co-founder and CTO of NuConomy. Haggai led the business integration division of Microsoft MTC in Israel during which he was responsible for some of the largest enterprise projects. Previously, he led and managed one of the top divisions in the special technology unit of the IDF Intelligence unit.

Haggai holds an MS in computer science specializing in data intensive projects.

Yosi Taguri, VP R&D and Social Thinker

Yosi has a vast experience in building complex systems. Yosi is an ex-microsoft who was part of Developers and Platform Evangelism group at Microsoft where he worked on cutting edge technologies with startups, partners and customers. Yosi also holds a Microsoft Regional Director title where he was chosen to be part of elite group of international influencers. Before that Yosi held several lead positions in various companies including 8.5 in the IDF working on special projects.

Yosi holds a BSc in computer science. In his free time he volunteers at Startup Seeds where he mentors the next generation of young israeli enterpeanures. His passions are people and technology and he manages to incorporate the two on a Weekly Video Show on facebook where he covers new Israeli startups.

David Fleck, VP Strategic Development

David Fleck is Vice President of Strategic Development at NuConomy. In this role, he works with companies to implement NuConomy’s analytics solutions to dramatically improve the performance of their digital marketing initiatives. Previously, David headed Strategy and Business Development at BitTorrent, where he completed partnerships with many of the largest entertainment and technology companies. Prior to BitTorrent, David led the strategic marketing initiatives for Google’s entertainment and consumer packaged goods teams.

David also spent many years as a consultant to new media companies, working at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bain & Company. David holds a BS in Accountancy from Miami University and an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.
In his free time, David enjoys mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding; he is also a new ‘parent’ and enjoys spending time with his Curly Coated Retriever, Robert.

Gokul Rajaram

Gokul Rajaram is co-founder and CEO of Chai Labs, a stealth-mode Internet company. Gokul most recently served as Product Management Director for Google AdSense. He worked at Google from January 2003 to November 2007, helped conceive and crystallize AdSense in early 2003, and played a key role from its launch to its growth into a multi-billion dollar product line. He also helped drive a number of Google's acquisitions, including DoubleClick, AdScape, and dMarc. Earlier in his career, Gokul worked as a technical architect at Juno Online, where he developed the back-end advertising system that drove much of Juno's revenues and helped it go public in 1999.

Gokul has an M.B.A. from MIT Sloan, an M.S. in Computer Science from UT Austin, and a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur, where he received the President's Gold Medal for being Class Valedictorian.

Gary Bolles

Gary A. Bolles is CEO of Xigi Software, a development-stage company that is producing collaborative research applications, Web-based tools to help teams and groups understand and solve complex problems through coordinated insight management.

Gary’s background is in enterprise software, strategy consulting and integrated media. He is a former executive in a variety of technology startups, including serving as COO for Evolve Software and VP Marketing for Network Products Corp. Gary has also consulted on innovation strategies for organizations such as Silicon Valley Bank, Nokia and Intel, and is currently an advisor to several early-stage technology companies. Previously, he was the editorial director of publications such as Interactive Week, Yahoo! Internet Life, and Network Computing, as well as the on-screen host of TechTV’s “Working the Web.” In his non-profit work, Gary has advised organizations such as the Dalai Lama Foundation, and is currently an advisor to Good Capital, a new venture fund for socially-focused, expansion-stage businesses.

Gary also manages Xigi Media, a startup event production and consulting company producing the inaugural Social Capital Conference (www.socialcapitalmarkets.net), bringing together investors and entrepreneurs building sustainable businesses focused on global and local issues. Current Xigi Media clients include Google, the Interactive Advertising Bureau, London Business School, and UNGAID, a technology initiative of the United Nations.
